Kyle Thomas Lister (Trahan)
Memorial Services were on Friday, February 9th, 2018

(02/06/18 Insider Obituary Archives) - Kyle Thomas Lister, 24 went into the arms of Jesus on February 4th 2018, in Fate, Texas. He died doing what he truly enjoyed and that was riding his Motorcycle "Pearl." Friday, February 9th, there was a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life at the Williamsburg Amenity Center, 100 Williamsburg Way in Fate, Texas at 3pm.

Kyle was born in Irving, Texas on September 19, 1993 to April Willis and later blessed with an awesome step-dad, Bradley Trahan who Kyle always called "DAD." He was a 2012 graduate of Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, TX. He worked for over 5 years for NTB (National Tire and Battery) where he was a customer service representative in several locations throughout the DFW Metroplex, but transfered to the Rockwall location in July 2017. He and his brother Tyler worked together at this location.

He gave his life to Jesus many years ago and God never let go of him. He was set apart with God's love. Kyle loved his family with an unconditional love that you don't find in most people. He was patient, kind and respectful to elders, children, his customers, and would do anything to help someone. He would go out of his way to come to the rescue of anyone. If all he had was $5.00, he would give it away to someone in need. His family, Fiancée, Marissa, and many friends are going to miss his beautiful smile, big ole hugs, and bolting in the house saying in his deep voice, "HOLAAAA!!!"

Kyle and Marissa enjoyed life together in Forney and they planned an October 19, 2019 wedding. Kyle really enjoyed riding and working on his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and fixing cars. He loved sports and played baseball as well as football in High School. He and his brother, Tyler, and dad loved to watch NASCAR, as well as the Dallas Stars Hockey either on TV, or many times they were able to go to the AAC in Dallas. He also loved to fish and hunt with his dad and brother. He and his childhood friend, Brandon Brison, also enjoyed times fishing and muddin'.

He was preceeded in death by his Maternal Great-Grandmother, Dorris Fudge and his Maternal Great-Grandfather Chester Fudge and Paternal Great-Grandmother, Bertha Jean Willis and Paternal Great-Grandfather, Edgar Willis, and Paternal Great-Grandmother Erma Lee Smith, as well as Bob (Robert) Featherstone.

Those left to cherish his memory include his Fiancée, Marissa Moore, Parents, Brad and April Trahan, of Fate, Texas, brothers,Tyler Trahan of Fate, TX, and Justin of Weatherford, a sister, Alysa of Weatherford. Grandparents, Sally and Terry Wright of Hale Center, TX, Dave and Reva Willis of Deer Park, WA, Gail and Tom Keys of Carrollton, TX, Gerald Trahan of Sulphur Springs, and Great-grandparents Tom and Mary Garrison of Tulia,TX. Uncles, Bryan Willis and wife Melissa, and cousins, Evan and Dylan Willis of Newbury Park, CA, Steve Fudge and wife Debi and cousins, Doug, Mike, Tony, Nichole, Dylan, Austin, Auston, Sierra and Chelsea all of Colorado Springs. Aunts, Andrea and husband Adam Grandieri of Spokane WA, Susan Fudge of Colorado Springs, Gigi Trahan and cousin Joey of Little Elm, TX, Susan and husband Dave Martin of Lubbock, and cousins Max Belyeu and Audrey Johnson of Hale Center, and many Great Uncles and Cousins and Second Cousins as well as an awesome extended loving family, many friends and co-workers.
